Starburst Decoupage

I really enjoyed making this card. It was made with Lili of the Valley Starburst Decoupage. I added beads around the edges of the decoupage and used silicone glue to put it all together. I now much prefer silicone to pads. The top and bottom paper are also both Lili of the Valley and I inked the edges of both and then embossed the bottom bit with my wonderful cuttlebug. One of the pictures also show how I finish off the back of my cards.

Cross Stitch Anemones

This is a Sheila Hudson kit from Cross Stitcher magazine June 2007 - its took me over a year to do as I was stitching on and off. But I fell in love with it and i'm really glad I completed it. All that's left to do is frame it and I will post another pic of it framed.

Brandon's Christmas

This is Brandon's 3rd Christmas (he is now 2 years and 9 months old). He had a lovely Christmas and got plenty of presents. I wrapped his presents on Christmas Eve and we blew up some helium balloons and hung them around his presents, just to make it all look magical. His eyes were huge when we brought him down in the morning and he really was very good at unwrapping his presents, by himself this year! The photos show him with his presents and the second to last photo is of him with his 3 big brothers (yes he has 3 grown up brother, but not by me though), in Buxton, Derbyshire. He quickly bonded with them - must be a boy thing and enjoyed playing on the computer with them.
Hope your Christmas was as nice as ours.

Happy New Year Everyone

I know its a bit late to wish this, but better late than never:0
I hope all your hopes and dreams come true in 2009.
Love Michelle xx

Here kitty kitty - put your cursor on him and he will purr and meow !
