Birthday Cards for my Niece

.... I made two again, one from Col and I and one from Brandon. I used forever friends die cut decoupage for the first one with Papermania 'sweet nothings' backing paper and the second one is a Buzzcraft decoupage butterfly and I used Basic Grey backing paper - I stuck white glitter lettering on the front of this one but you can hardly see it, I should of used black ! Flower Fairy Cards

Hi all - I love flower fairies and enjoyed making these. I have used ric rac in one and lace on another (I had been dying to see what lace would look like framing one of my images and at last had a go, I like the effect very much). Don't you think flower fairies have a lovely vintage quality to them? Thank you for looking Michelle x

Brandon's Birthday Yesterday

Just a few piccies of Brandon's morning. We got him Moonsand for his birthday as he loves that and he doesn't know, but there are six big tubs of reserve moonsand (in glorious colours) hidden in the wardrobe for him. He did well for money and cheques as you can see from the photo and he got a cake in one of his favourite characters "Lightning McQueen"

A Birthday Card for our Precious Son

Well my DS is now 3 years old. I have no idea where these 3 years have gone. I decoupaged this card for him as he loves diggers and dogs (woof woof's) he calls them.

YIKES - my DS Brandon is 3 tomorrow but he got sent home from Day Care yesterday with Chicken Pox - the poor love !

This Card Makes Me Chuckle

Hi there ! I did this card for my sister from my DS Brandon.
I used a gorgeous peach and cream backing paper that I got from a friend called Natalie, in a RAK I received from her before Christmas. I did my usual cut out a circle and add ric rak ribbon around it. The two mice are Penny Black stickers which are great for making a card in a hurry.
I just love the way the mouse looks like he's jumping on and off the other mouse's stomach (it's gonna hurt :lol:

Cookie Monster

These are pictures of my DS Brandon making cookies. We had a dough mix and some chocolate chip cookies and in the photo you can see him adding the two together. All was going well until mummy put them in the oven and burnt them!! I haven’t made cookies before and didn’t realise that when they come out of the oven soft they will, after they’ve cooled down go harder. But, silly me, thought they weren’t cooked and kept putting them back in the oven until basically they were rock hard and you could crack bricks with them!!!! Brandon didn’t mind though as we had fun making them and he enjoyed shovelling them from baking tray to plate and back again! Have a good night everyone !

60 Female Birthday Card

I made this card for my friend who has turned 60. I went to Hobbycraft to get some nestabilities but they had none so I bought an x cut system instead and some of the plastic circle template thingies. I wanted scalloped circles so once I had cut my circle out I attached tacky ribbon around the inside to give a scalloped appearance.
