Cross Stitch Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Christmas Card

Hi - I know Christmas has gone, but this was a card I cross stitched for Christmas, well it was the only one I stitched for Christmas. I really enjoyed doing it, even though it took longer to make than any of my other cards. I still have more Christmas cards to show as well LOL - thanks for looking - Michelle x

Magnolia Tilda and Snowman Easel Card

Hi - I did this card for a competition in a magazine. I made up my easel card which is 14cm square. I embossed a piece of white card with a cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder and also used Magnolia Christmas backing papers for the top and bottom part of the card. I used Magnolia doohickeys dies and a punch to make my snowflakes. I coloured in the stamped image with promarkers and added plenty of glitter, ribbon, gems and a charm from Meiflowers on-line shop to finish it off. The sentiment is a rubber stamp from Cuddly Buddly which I mounted onto a scalloped circle. Thank you for looking.

Contemporary Christmas Card

Hi - in a magazine I recently purchased they had a foil embossing kit free in it. It was a new technique to try and I came up with this. I enjoyed doing this and will probably do some more in the future. The backing papers are Papermania Henbury Lane. Thanks for looking.

Another Milton Christmas Card

Hi - here is another Milton Christmas card I made with stamps and paper pad from the Wild Rose Studio. I coloured ted in with watercolour pencils. I used a Pebbles Inc. rub on for the sentiment. The poinsettia is made up from flowers and leaves from Prima - thanks for looking x

Milton Christmas Card - SOLD

Good evening - I made this Christmas card with a clear stamp and pack of papers from the Christmas Milton range at Wild Rose Studio. I had coloured her in with my watercolour pencils. Both of the backing papers you can see are from the pack of papers. The ribbon and white poinsettia are from my stash, oh and I inked around the image panel with pearlescent purple ink then added a Pebbles Inc rub on greeting. Hope you like - x

My Three Christmas Cards

I read about a great technique that I hadn't used before in a magazine (I can't remember which one), and decided to use it on the following cards. You use double sided sticky tape and sprinkle glitter on it. As you can see from my cards it looks very effective. On the blue card it has been used down the left hand side and the bottom of the card. On the pink card it has been used as a border all around and on the green card it has been used on the left hand side on either side of a holly border. The characters are only slighty decoupaged for a bit of depth and I have used stickles glitter in different colours on each card. The wonderful images and papers came from this months Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine. They are just ideal for Christmas cards and I think the papers would also make great ATCs too.

Decoupaged Snowman Christmas Card

I made this decoupaged card using silicone glue rather than pads and I did enjoy using this glue. I have also entered this card onto a competition on the CB forum to win £45.00 of Hobbycraft vouchers, although when I go to Hobbycraft I can happily spend a lot more than that.
